These Terms govern your use of sskenn.com and any services we provide (products, consultations, the SSKENN Magazine, the Glow Membership, and the consultant panel). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, placing an order, booking a consultation, or otherwise using sskenn.com, you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
All product listings are subject to availability. Pricing may change without notice; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or stocking errors.
Consultations are delivered by licensed estheticians and skincare specialists on the SSKENN expert panel. They are educational and supportive — they are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a medical concern (suspicious moles, persistent rashes, severe acne, signs of skin cancer, or any condition requiring diagnosis), see a board-certified dermatologist.
Products: 30-day return window for unopened products in original packaging. Opened products may be returned within 14 days if you experienced a sensitivity reaction. Consultations: Full refund if you have not yet completed the intake form or attended the session. Once the consultation has been delivered, the service is final. Memberships: Cancel anytime — billing stops at the end of the current cycle.
Memberships and product subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not refund the current billing period unless the service was undelivered.
All content on sskenn.com — articles, ingredient guides, magazine issues, photography, the Glow Match System, the Routine Builder, and the SSKENN name and logo — is owned by SSKENN. You may share, link to, and quote our editorial content with attribution, but you may not republish entire articles or use our brand assets without permission.
When you submit a Community Corner story, Ask the Expert question, review, or other content to SSKENN, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish it (with attribution as you indicated). You retain ownership; you can request removal at any time.
Editorial content, ingredient guides, and consultations are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, do not diagnose any condition, and do not replace professional medical care. Pregnant or nursing readers should confirm any active ingredient with their physician.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSKENN's liability arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
