Who are the consultants?+
Every consultation is delivered by a licensed esthetician or credentialed skincare specialist on the SSKENN expert panel. Each consultant is vetted, trained on the SSKENN catalog, and held to our service standards.
How do I prepare for the live consultation?+
Once you book, you'll receive an intake form and a video-call link. Have your current products on hand and be in a well-lit space so the consultant can see your skin clearly. That's it.
What's the difference between the Mini Review and the Personalized Consultation?+
The Mini Review is text-based — your Glow Match answers reviewed and a routine recommended by email. The Personalized Consultation adds a live 15-minute video session so the consultant can see your skin, ask follow-up questions, and tailor the routine in real time.
Can I upgrade my tier later?+
Yes. If you start with a Mini Review and want to upgrade to a Personalized Consultation or a 30-Day Plan, the cost of the Mini Review is credited toward the next tier.
What's the refund policy?+
If you haven't completed your intake form or attended your video session, you're eligible for a full refund. Once the consultation has been delivered, the service is final but the products in the 30-Day Plan can be returned per the standard SSKENN return policy.
